I am a trained physiotherapist from the University College Copenhagen in Hillerød, passionate about helping people with pain and physical issues. My education has kept me up to date with the latest evidence in the field, which I incorporate into my treatments.
I am genuinely curious about my patients’ situations and strive to see the whole person. This means we can tailor a treatment plan together that suits your individual needs. It’s important to me that the treatment makes sense to you, fits into your life, and considers all aspects of the problem – such as lifestyle or previous medical/injury history.
I’m therefore open to a wide range of treatment techniques, including manual therapy and exercise.
During my clinical placements, I worked extensively with neurological patients and developed both an interest in and experience with this area.
In addition, I have a strong interest in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, which includes treating injuries and back pain. My final bachelor project focused on evidence-based injury prevention in football.
I also have a personal interest in and experience with running, mountain biking, horseback riding, and strength training. This gives me a solid understanding of the physical demands of different sports and the mental aspects of injury recovery.
